I too have been reading since around the 1st of the year and joined today. 68 years old and got my first motorcycle ('16 Tri-Glide Ultra) in Feb. Everyone said you're "never too old" so I pulled the trigger and shelled out over 30k. No regrets. Love it. Have learned a lot in a few months. Amazing how far I've come. But equally amazing is the realization, I'll never know it all. Or even a fraction of it all. There's soooo much!

Will keep reading and I'm confident members here will help along the way.

Hey Captain997: glad you pulled the trigger. My daughter called my bike a mid-life crisis when I bought it. My dad is loving his trike at 79 yrs old. Converted it five years ago or felt he'd have to quite riding. Still isn't ready to give it up. We are planning out or second summer trip. Last year ozarks. This year Niagara.
