Name is Ken,
I just bought:
2010 Harley FLHTCU SE5 ....ELECTRA GLIDE ULTRA CLASSIC It is my 3rd Harley.
Owned/sold 1984 Harley FLH?? 1st yr of New Evolution Engine by HD had chain drive.
Owned/sold Harley Davidson Hummer 2cycle 125cc I was 14yrs old and had special permit to operate on the road.
I owned a number of other cycles over the years but never have been without a cycle since 12 yrs old and I am 72 yrs old now. I am very excited about the Harley I just bought. Trying to get to the 500 mile rule where you're comfortable with a new ride.
Having a little trouble with low speed travel as it is slightly top heavy being such a large bike, that should go away with more riding.
I had Reverse Gear on my last two cycles and for the life of me can not figure out why HD does not put it on the Largest cycles in their line up. They have reverse in the HD "Triglide" Trike so why not also offer it in the bigger bikes??? I makes life on the road and in the yard much better.
I have never used a forum very much so bear with me if you and I have a conversation in the future.
