Greetings taking a minute to say hello new to the site not to the motorcycle. Own 73 rigid ironhead and a 97 blockhead softail. I have general two stroke four stroke knowledge and theory. USMC vet, welder, machinist, fabricator. Degrees in welding and machining, and graduate of MMI early and late model '10, not that any of that adds up to squat just where I've been. Jack of many trades but I'll never consider myself a master of anything as there is always something to learn. Here for information and hopefully to empart whatever little knowledge I even have. Currently knee deep in my evos first topend I have performed since purchasing the bike june two years ago and learning her ins and outs. Some good some bad, amazing the rabbit hole a broken exhaust stud will send you into. Good note shes has a high comp set of pistons in her, shocked as she's still has the stock pushrods in her (peanut butter yummy goodness) next I'll be pulling the cone to check what cams in it and swap out lifters for a jims set I had hanging around. Thanks for taking a moment to read my bs banter. Any tips tricks or hotrodding secrets are always a welcome conversation. Be good be bad be you.
