My name is Richard Grant and have been away from riding for 25 years. What with kids, college, and finally making them leave my wife and I bought a 05 Electra Glide Classic in September of 05. We have been riding every chance we get sense then and have logged 9000 miles in that time. I know that’s not a lot but we made every minute count. I’m an automotive engineer in Atlanta and commute on the bike whenever possible. Anyway, thanks for having me and look forward to reading during the winter months. Oh yeah T C, I’ve completed printing ALL the pages pertaining to my bike in the DIY. Thanks a bunch..

Welcome Richard. Yours is the classic " Harley in later life story ". I must admit to being a wee bit impatient because " we " bought our softail new in 94, at the age of 43, when both of our kids were still at university. I suppose mine was an " urgent " mid life crisis!
Enjoy that Electra Glide.[sm=smiley20.gif]
