I'm a Harley rider from way abck. LAst bike I owned was a1979 super glide. Haven't ridden in 15 years. I just got this bug up my **** and bought my first NEW Harley ever-2008 FLHR Road King. W-O-W. It is so much like the bike I coveted (1980 FLHS). What blew me away was this "no cable throttle, no key start,6 speed,96 CI engine and something it does that my '79 would never think of doing, pulling hard enough to pass in 5th gear (55-70 in mere seconds). I just love this new bike. Whew! I get all sweaty talkin about it.
Anyway, here I am back in the Harley family and VERY satisfied.
