GLAD you joined us mate.[size=33px]

I considered the custom engraving and really like the look. However, since I wasn’t sure if I’d like the touring width or if the 12” would be the right height for me, I opted against the engraving since they’re non-returnable.

I have the Midnight Crimson with chrome. I like the look of both but the chrome is what the dealer had in stock. Here’s a picture with the Tour Pak off.

Thanks! I went through several touring bikes over the last two summers trying to find just the right one. I bought this one last August and so far I’m extremely happy with it.

Mods so far:
H-D Tour Pak Detach kit
H-D Keystone LED Turn/Brake/Stop Lights
H-D Hidden AM/FM Antenna
H-D Tie Down Brackets
H-D Heel-Toe Shifter
H-D Long Stem Mirrors
H-D Street Glide Seat (for when the tour pak is off)
EGADS Lower Wind Deflectors
Khrome Werks 4.5” HP Plus Slip On Mufflers
Custom Dynamics License Plate Relocation Kit
Drag Specialties Tail Light Lens
Freedom Shields 12” Tour Width Windshield

Here’s a pic from the showroom floor the day I bought it.

db, it is really NICE to see someone take such interest in their bike.

You are likely already doing this my friend, but keeping that list and anything u may add to it over time. Reason being, when you switch for the next model bike, you will have a list of possible items to move from this present bike to your next one. <-- I say this bcs 1) it is amazing how many things you change on it and 2) it helps not to forget an item at the time of swapping mods to the new bike.

Know what I mean? Unless of course, you are going to purchase new mods each time.

VERY NICE!

Great tip and yes, I know exactly what you mean! When I bought the Limited I got so caught up in the shiny new bike I completely forgot to remove the accessories I’d put on my trade in. Fortunately the dealer let me keep a few that would fit the Limited but I still gave away several hundred in accessories. Lesson learned
