I just received this turner and will not read my vin#. Sent the turner back to v&h and they said it's all up to date. So they sent it back and still no luck. I follow how to install it but still won't read vin. Is there any tricks out there that might help. Using on a 2019 street glide special.
Add a Signature Line in your USER set up for your bike year, model, and all the letters that Harley recognizes it with so others see at the bottom of all your post. This enables others to know your exact model if you ever ask a question.
