First Harley - in the UK
Just signed up, because every internet search for information resulted in me clicking a link to this forum.

I've held a licence for 54 years, but I have never owned a Harley. I thought it was time I fixed that, before I become too old and decrepit to hold the bloody thing upright, so I now have a 2008 Fat Bob sitting alongside my Triumph Street Scrambler.
I'm currently fixing a few small issues, like the missing belt guards, the brake light that doesn't always switch off, and the tyres that pre-date the Obama presidency, then I have a few modifications in mind. No doubt I will be looking for advice and asking questions. I am already finding that the sheer volume of aftermarket parts is a problem in itself.
Here's looking forward to the summer (at least the rain is warmer

Just in case you have not done this.
Add a Signature Line in your USER set up for your bike year, model, and all the letters that Harley recognizes it with so others see at the bottom of all your post. This enables others to know your exact model if you ever ask a question.
And an Avatar of your favorite shot in the USER set up for the small picture others will see in the top left corner of your post.
Your all set.... Enjoy the ride! ______________
