I just joined and would love to show off my new ride. I bought a 2003 Gunmetal Blue Heritage Softail Classic just over a month ago and have already pounded out 3300 miles. I just rode along side my uncle (2007 Ultra Classic) to Atlanta this past weekend and put 450 miles on it that day. It reached 103 F so it truely tested me...and him. Never the less, I'm dig'en it more than most would even imagine. The cool thing about it is my wife is dig'en it right along with me. Can't even grab the helmet without her already mounting up ready to roll. It has the original pipes from the dealership but just ordered some V&H Big Shot Longs from the Eastern Performance site along with the Power Commander III and K&N filter kit from Fuel-Moto. It should be here by this weekend.
I'm having problems uploading some pics. I'm going to My Profile and have tried a couple of thing there but keeps telling me the file is too large...What's up with that??? Can I get some help? Really looking for step by step instructions. My wife says i perform beter that way...not really sure what she means though...
Thanks all for the welcome. I think I'm getting somewhere with the pics. To the left is me riding back to Alabama from Cleavland, OH where I "made the trade."
