Thank you JP. Always do, even when it's a fair amount of work to get from point A to point B.

Hi COS,

Feel free to use the "Quote" and the "Multi Quote" buttons you will find on the bottom right of each post.

See below my friend.
.

.
When you are replying to one person, feel free to use the "Quote" (blue arrow) button.

What that will do, is it will copy the persons post that you are replying to.

In addition my friend, if you going to reply to multiple posts, just click the Mulit Quote little square. Then when you are ready to write your replies, just hit the reply button on the bottom left.

Hopefully that makes some degree of sense.

Great to hear you have had your own business for 35 years I think you said. Really nice. I really like free enterprise.

Good show!

Thank you for the pointers there, very much appreciated. I had a great run with the shop, it provided me with more cool memories and opportunities than I could have ever dreamt up. I love free enterprise too although I'm not sure I'd want to tackle another business venture these days. Too many entities with their hands out ya know.....

Funi thing COS, same here. I started a real estate career in '86. Went out on my own in '96 and luckily did very well. But like you said above, at least real estate wise I would not do that again with what is going on in the industry now.

Not so sure abt any other business either. Sad to say. But that just may be my being tired and in my 70's.

It is still better than working and having a "superior" or other dumbass who things s/he know the right answer. But that is a diff story.
