I'd just come out and ask her if she's upset with U.
then maybe U could work it out.
If not I'd talk to her husband, (she also might be jealous of U, {if U're younger}, anyway).
If above don't resolve anything I'd then check the local laws on noise, If there in U'r favor I'd talk to them one last time then if I had to I'd let the police do there work...

Hope it works out, I've worked out two problems with neighbors at two different houses. Just be polite and see where it goes...Might even want to tape the conversation between all parties. They don't have to know it. (taped)
