(here's where I'll pizz off some folks) my VTX ran harder and faster than the Fat Boy. they're about the same size, wheelbase and overall length. I think the Fat Boy outweights the 1300 by about 50 or 60 lbs. I haven't ridden the FB enough to be able to compare the ride - but, I gotta say, so farthey're pretty close.
all that to say this - I should have gotten a Harleyinstead of the Honda. I just like the mystic of Harley. I wanted one then... but just couldn't bring myself to spend that much more money. then I realized, what's money for but to spend and enjoy life!!
