Going into my 3rd year riding...
Hey..nice to meet you! I started small ( a 400 Yamaha, which I blew the motor on.. & now want to learn how to rebuild!!! then this one; it taught me that broken bones SUCK! lol) & have been playing with a friends RK Custom.. took the Deluxe out on a demo ride & am waiting NOT so patiently for the snow to leave so I can go play!
Nice to meet you too! The 750 Shadow was my husbands old bike. He bought a Wideglide and kept the Shadow for me to learn. Took me a few month to work up the nerve to try but after I did there was not stoping me! I loved it! Then of course I had to have my own Harley. Fell in love with the pearl white Sporty! Of course it's parked now waiting for Spring here too! WINTER SUCKS!
Hi Katie....a big hearty welcome from Southern Virginia. Glad you decided to join in on the fun. Great Forum....Great Folks!!! Good Luck on the purchase of your new ride!!!
Howdy, welcome to the forum. In regards to the two models that you have chosen, have you ever test ridden them to see which one felt the best? Works for a lot of people. Enjoy the ride and good luck on getting your new Harley.
The heritage is a great bike that comes with the windshild and saddlebags. The deluxe is also a wonderful bike with great styling but no bags or windshield. What type of riding are you going to be doing? If course for a little more money you can always put some bags and a windshield on a deluxe.
Welcome to the forum and keep us up on your decision. Great to see more women on the board.
