hi everyone. this is my first entry. i joined a few weeks ago. been busy here in ohio, getting ready for winter. i have been riding since 1978 and my wife has been riding since 1989. i own a 1989 springer softail. its chopped, bobber style and when finished in march of 08, will look like it came outta the sixties.my wifes last bike was a custom 96 hugger 883. have just enough time to work on my own,let alone build her another one, so shes looking at either a 08, 1200 custom, which i would have to change the color on, or a nightster, that would only need forward controls. either way, i have winter projects ahead. its been along summer here, hope its a short winter. not real computer savy, so no pics at this time. i actually found this site by accident, cause a was looking to solve a bike problem. thanks everyone for the answers i needed.
