I joined a week or so ago and now I am addicted. I have been hitting this site for at least 2 hours a day since joining. I was just looking for information on two things; Rides in Colorado and bars that I could do concealed wiring for my Deluxe. I go the answers I needed but can't get enough of the forums.
I am now asking questions like "what's the deal with fingerless gloves" and reading stuff about the bikers code. It's has been almost all good. Anway, what is the deal with fingerless gloves? Is it a joke thing or what? I don't have any but there are an awful lot of threads about them.
I ride an 07 deluxe. I have owned a Softail Standard and a Sportster. I have been into Harley's since I was a Kid. My uncles used to run them and customize them. I like the old school look that is why I went with the Deluxe. My next bike will probably be a Street Glide but I hope I can do that witout giving up the Deluxe. I also run a couple of Honda dirt bikes. Wouldn't run a foriegn bike on the street. Nothing against them just not for me. I do the dirt bikes with my son. He is starting to get pretty good and will soon be out running me. Oh well it must be nice to young and have no fears.
