Hi Stew, fellow bobber, welcome to the forumns, from New Zealand!!

My scoot arrives in March as well, so I have had plenty of time planning my moves. I am going to keep my bobber as close to original as possible. It was the bad-*** look that attracted me in the first place, so why ruin it plastering it with chrome like every other Harley. I am keeping my changes mainly functional and that will do little change the overall appearance and what I call "Hog on the bone".

Here are my mods:- screamin' eagle Pro II baloney cuts, screamin' eagle stage I, forward controls with Dewey's "Heel Hammer", sundowner seat (plus passenger pegs) so I can have a pillion or cruise distance (will swap back and forth with the original solo), detachable side rails with low sissy bar/rest and tapered rack. detachable windscreen. upgrade to a siren II kit with remote, replaced the taillight with a heavycycles LED, replaced the turn signal bulbs with Radiatnz LED, added pair of Kuryakyn Halogen silver bullet driving lights and finally, will mount a set of purple UV LEDs in the engine bay for a cool effect at night. The taillight and few last items are already waiting in a box for THE BABY'S ARRIVAL.

All major compnents are from the HD accessories catalog, the lights are from Custom Dynamics, they post to NZ so Scotland will not be a problem. For the Heel Hammer try Dewey's Custom Pegs

Anyway, that should get you started, good luck, it is real fun to plan

hey sooee
thanks for the reply.
I intend to try and keep mine as mate black as poss, ( the bad *** look is cooool ) so im trying to find black forwards just now, i will take me time to do all the mobs as its going to be expensive.
Im also looing for black curved exhausts, i would prefer to wait and see if some company ends up doing them with the sensor bracket attached at the down pipes.
dont intend to put much crome on it either, as time goes on i might lower the back end and kick out the front a bit, maybe someone will have done it before i get to it,then i will know how it rides.
Wpuld be greatfull if you could send pics as you do the mobs.

many thanks again
