Hello!
Brothers and Sisters:
My name is Mark Davis; I'm 49--soon to hit the "big 5-0," and just purchased a "salvaged" 2007 XL1200L with some minor cosmetic damage and a bent frame that has been straightened fairly back to the original. I could only afford about $3K (I have a special-needs son that requires about $4K in private therapy per month), and got this bike for $50 less than this.
My most significant repair will be to the front suspension. I need to replace slightly bent fork tubes and rashed fork sliders. Can anyone tell me whether any other year tubes and sliders will fit the '07 Low? I see several on e-bay, but each time the ad lists, such as, "will fit 2002-2006."
In advance, thanks for letting me join your forum, and for your help.

Welcome to the forum. I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do! As for your question about your fork tubes.......you can probably find your answer pretty quick if you post in the "sportster" forum. Im sure someone can help you out and tell you if any other year model forks will fit your 2007 sporty.
Good luck with the build and stay safe,
