Hi Dave and welcome to the Forum.

We're practically neighbours. Cant be more than about 6 or 7 miles between. If I've got your post code correct Im in a nearby village.

I also ride an XL1200C but its vivid black. Not my first bike by any means but my firstinmore years than I care to remember.

If you havent tried it yet a run up through Cheddar Gorge is fun, you really get to hear the sound of the pipes reverbarating back off the cliff face at you.

Thanks all, I'm still waiting for the bike to be delivered so no miles on a Harley yet, so can't wait. Cheddar gorge is sweet in a car so a bike must be that much better. I'll take the bike there as soon as I get it, LOL.
