Default Known Alarm Problems

I have an 04 dyna, have a factory installed alarm on it, here of late, we've been able to activate the unit, but not deactivate. We thought it might be outside interference or something, even replaced the battery a couple of times in the switch. Need to know if anyone else has problems, and what steps they took to resolve, please let me know,

Dan
