Help with pics

Okay - I've tried dozens of times but I still can't post a pic. I've followed the instructions under the threads how to post a pic and how to embed a pic. The best I can get is the thumbnail image where you have to click to see the pick and/or a URL to photobucket. What I want however is the pic to appear in the post like most others do. I've even tried a second browser with no luck. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thats where we are right now. click and c. It can go in the signature pic if you put it there.
