Don't know what part you are from but Zylstra in St Charles had a pretty good selection of sportsters \\;a couple of weeks ago, including a couple of nightsters.

Are you dead set on the Sportster? If not, don't rule out other HD models, even if you have to buy used. Do some searches and read about people bailing out of their Sportsters in a year or less.
