another rookie
Just bought an 01 XL883 Hugger. My first bike. Took 52 years to get it and 45 minutes to dump it (just dented the heat shields a bit on the curb). Got a whole new set on E-bay for $27. The bike was bought in Germany but never got ridden cause the owner kept gettin sent to Iraq. It had 13 miles on it. I rode it on the "mean streets" today for the first time. (after practicing on the side streets for 2 friggin weeks). It sure is nice to have HDF on my computer. I have learned a whole lot from you people who have already been there.It sure is nice to be a Harley owner.
