Welcome from Dallas. That's a gorgeous bike you got yourself! It looks immaculate. I'm partial to the RK's myself.
As for the guns, I'm looking at getting a carry weapon. Being out on the road w/o a guy has convinced me to "pull the trigger" (bad pun intended) and get my Concealed HG Permit. Looking at Sig 220 and Glock Compacts/Sub-compacts. I think I'm going to try out a couple today.

Welcome. I got a test ride on the 08 Deluxe and was very impressed with the handling and suspension. The only bike that felt close to this was the Road Glide. I went with the 09 RG because I plan on doing long distance touring and I sugguest you get on both to feel the difference.
