Do you know how check your charging system using a voltmeter?
No.. I dont know too much about it. Although a backyard wrench bender who knows a nice bit on bikes hooked up a meter by the battery and got the proper raeding. He said it might change while riding but didn't know for sure. He checked my wiring and cleaned my connections but it still has the same problem..... which is.. with a new battery or a fresh charge it will start great for a week or so. I can jump start it any time and it will run great but as soon as I shut it off I have to jump it again... and my old lady complains about pushing.lol. At first I thought I got a bad battery but after two more and the same thing. When the machenic was lost for a solution so was I so I charged it a lot.lol. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated... Thanks... Johnny
