Just wanted to introduce myself. Started riding a long time ago, about 1958, but haven't ridden for the last 30 years or so. Back then I owned several smaller bikes, an H-D 125, an Allstate 175, an Allstate 250, a Honda 350 and a Honda 450.
Reflecting back today, am still impressed how the little H-D 125 was so well built compared to the other bikes. Everything on the little H-D was heavy duty, much like the big Harleys. In the 50's, I met a chap with a Harley "K" model. Ever since, I wanted one of those and now, happily, am the proud owner of a 2008 Sportster 1200C.
I have had a chance to look over the site and have enjoyed most everything. Looking forward to the chatting.
