So what do you think? I live in England where, for the last two years at least, it has rained 365 days and i pick up my brand spanking new Fat Boy (2009) in 6 days. If you think me insane then you join my wife in your opinion. My argument was that a Fat Boy is a work of art but unlike, say, a picasso i can do more than just gaze at it. Apart from gazing at it -HAARRGGHHHH can't wait- i can Polish it, kiss it, and on a good day fill her up and ride off into the greyness that is England.
My wife took some persuading but finally, when the broom broke, she agreed it was a wonderful idea to fork out £13,300 on a pointless motorbike. POINTLESS? i reached for the shovel. When she is released from Hospital i have promised her she can ride pillion adding "the food is so awful in hospital that you will probably lose 40 pounds, which will be good because you will be able to get at least one *** cheek on the seat".
Quite why she burst into tears is beyond me, must be the menopause...
Anyway, I'm ready to rock. I've taken out extra health insurance, ammended my will, and will keep you all informed as to whether i got out of the dealership car park in one piece...
Hello and welcome to the forums from Georgia. Congrats on the Fatboy, excellent choice. 365 days of rain? We've been in a few years drought here, just a rain shower every few months or so. I hate riding in the rain, I think I would move if it rained that much!
