Welcome from Raleigh NC.....
Morris, Sussex,Warren,Hunterdon counties.... plenty of great roads to ride, and then you get to add in Upstate NY, and PA, and you're in biker heaven
It's always a nice ride along the Delaware River. We ride from New Hope to the WaterGap and back, up on the PA side and down thru NJ. If you've never been to Hot Dog Jonny's on rt 46, you gotta go and have a deep fried dog and a mug of root beer. So many places, So little time. Enjoy

Alright!!! Don't even start with the food!! I've been out of NJ since 03 and really miss it especially the food.
Anyway to answer the OPs question all over the NY NJ boarder is great riding. Also along the Delaware river as mentioned already is great riding as well.
A couple cool destinations are Greenwood lake (great little place to eat right on the lake), Bear Mtn, Hawks Nest and for biker bars you can't beet the Mountian Rest in West Milford and Big John's off 23.
Thank you, everyone, for the welcome. I am close to NY and PA borders so I will check out the places suggested. For all the people in cold weather climates, do you store your bike anywhere? I have mine in storage usually from November to April but since I recently moved, I just put it in storage cause I don't think there will be many riding days left.
