well i just bought my first harley, its used but very clean, i got a 96 harley heritage softail that has a factory custom paint, orange and creame, i love it, only has 19000 miles and i got a great deal on it.
been riding since i was 15, my dad has been on harleys his whole life but this one is my first. joined the air force about 5 years ago and been riding sportbikes but after putting close to 40k miles on the seats of 3 of those, i figured it was time to relax and buy smart.
joined the site to get great info to help me with my new project. since owning the bike in 3 weeks, i have stripped the windshield, bags, backrest and passing lights off, i have added some chrome and lowered the rear 1.5", installed some pipes and added the badlands seat, rode in a toy ride last weekend and the weather has been to crappy to wash it and take decent pics but ill get on it soon.
anyways just dropping in to say hey
