Talk to Jamie at fuel Moto, he problably already has a map setup for your configuration and will give you a good deal on a power comander while he is at it. Don't waste your money by going to a dealer
was wondering if anyone could help me im lost....... I have a 09 fatbob with 2" rush slipons and am about to pick up a se stage 1 air cleaner..I realize that I need a remap and was just wondering that if I go to the dealer to get this done is it a labor only expense that i will be dealing with or are there other parts that i will have to purchase
Welcome to the forum!
What do you have planned in the future for your bike? If you plan on doing any other performance mods in the future and even if you don't for that matter, your choices on tuning vary widely. Keep in mind that if you go with a PCIII you will be eliminating your 02 sensors from the system. This is a step backwards, in my opinion. Check out the tuning tips in that section of the forum.

Yes and yes. Every new vehicle on the road today (maybe there are exceptions I am unaware of) uses either narrow or wide band O2 sensors for tuning purposes. It is really the only sensor that tells the computer what is really going on. Many run the PCIII on bikes that came equipped with O2's. I won't do it. I prefer a system that tunes on the fly constantly. It's not cheap, but the TMax w/Autotune works awesome! I love it.
I recommend a lot of reading before spending your money.
