Thumbs up Query

I recently purchased an 08 Ultra Classic. with a 103 build.

Original changes made from the stealer's set up:
SE ACR Heads with 10:5:1 matching (Dome) pistons
SE 251 Cams
Mo-Flow Air System
This set up dyno'ed to 96 hp, 106 pnds of torque.

Second Round:
I am striving for at least 108 hp. 100 pnds of trq. thereofore, I've had my heads ported by a reputable porter, installing 10:5:1 Wiseco Flattop Pistons, SE 258 cams, and .30 head gaskets. Of course I've added stronger clutch springs to hold the beast still at a stop light. The project is in the works, I am waiting for the final dyno.

1. Does anyone know of additional improvements I can make to meet or exceed my goal?

2. How much of a power increase can I expect from the changes made during round 2.

All comments from the pro's are welcome.

Are comments from non-pros welcome? Why are you wanting these numbers. It sounds like you have a good build so why these numbers? Anyway, I would take your questions to the Tech/Engines forum. You will find good input there.

Welcome from Vancouver Island in Beautiful British Columbia.

Thanks for the welcome all. Tool guy asks:

Welcome from Vancouver Island in Beautiful British Columbia.

I'll accept comments from anyone that knows what they are doing. I had a good build it's just that "a little more will not hurt". Actualley I want to see how far the 103 can go without a supercharge....Think I've maxed it out with Round 2.

Wildman, I'll post the new numbers when they arrive...a picture of the beast as well.
