I have 55K on my 2000 Deuce. Bought new in 2000. It has been my ride to work, and weekend recreation. Recreation rides include 2,500 a short time back riding the whole length of the Natchez Trace, then getting there and back home.
A short list of mods:
tangerine numbered paint set, 105HP and 105TQ. 16 gauge HD SE pipes. Thunderstar front wheel. Billet light. 100th Anniversary leather saddle bags. Corbin two up touring saddle.
My Deuce is no longer the long distance bike it used to be. Been replaced by a 2008 105th Anniversary Road Glide. Too good a deal to pass up. Keeping the Deuce, and as $ permits, make it into a more specific purpose one-up cruzer and to work rider.
