Ouch. Glad you and the bike were not too badly hurt. Sounds to me like you have a good attitude about it all and you'll be back at it in no time.

Broken reflector..take em off, broken clutch cable...replace it. Bruised body...it'll heal. Bruised ego...practice, practice, practice. If you've got the love of ridin in ya, it'll just get better from here. Glad you're ok and glad you're here. Geezer

Glad you are OK. The DVD recommended by EGlideKid is great at getting you going with confidence. Worth the investment.
