Default Greetings

I just joined and wanted to introduce myself and say 'Hi'

I'm from Illinois, and I live in a old old house that is on the family farm that has been in the family a long, long time. I farmed myself for about 30 years (not counting all the years I helped my Dad), at first with various part time jobs on the side, later with full time permanent employment as a tech. Recently it all got to be too much for me and I rented the land out, but still live on the farm.

I got my first HD in 1976 (Sporty), had it for about 8 years, then got out of bikes for a while during the kid raising years and such, then I got a new Heritage in 2001. Still got it. Still love it. Now that I have more time, riding is picking up.

I look forward to getting to know you all.
