Welcome aboard from Florida! It is a sporty and if the shifter is on the right side it is '74 or older, it has a cafe racer look to it with that style pipes, and wheels.

Welcome Iovian,

You have a sportster, don't know the year, but it looks to have a fat bob tank and an exhaust reminiscent to the Sportster cafe racer of 1977 (it's siamesed), except that the cafe racer's exhaust was black. Good luck with the bike!
