Nice to see another "Illinoian" here! Welcome from Round Lake Heights. I just carry the tool set that came with the bike, which is just a small set of open end wrenches, torx set, and I added my own small 1/4 inch drive socket set. Luckily I've never had to use it yet. I also carry some zip ties which I've given out to a lot of people, they always come in handy.

Dont forget a mobile phone, credit card and spare cash. Possibly an extra layer or two in case its cooler later in the day. I always carry a card in my jacket pocket with emergency contact details and any alergies etc (just in case of the worst).
