This my first post. Heard this was a good place to learn all things Harley.
Been riding Harley for 5 years now. I have owned an 06 Heritage, 08 Ultra classic and now ride an 09 Heritage.
I want to convert my standup license plate to a laydown without spending any money. If this has ever been done I haven't heard of it. Is it possible?
