My guess it some kind of softail, diff not a hardtail.
Post the Pic in the tech area on frames. there are some builders in here that knows what the diff frames are..

Ahhhhhh....a steel frame? Howdy from central Washington. Lots of info in all the sections. Tons of great people. Learn to use the site and search function to their fullest extent. (Then we won't think you're a dumb a$$ newb when you ask questions). You'll find no better place to belong. Ride safe and show them bug covered pearly whites! Geez
