Welcome from SoCal, and congrats on the Tri-glide. Do you have any other experience with trikes? I'm curious to know how the 100% Harley unit stacks up against aftermarket conversions.
To answer your question, true duals will give you that cool sound on decel, but you'll give up a little horsepower.
Congratulations on the new trike! Have you been on 2 wheels previously? I have been considering some extra wheels. See my thread https://www.hdforums.com/forum/gener...-my-trike.html . I must admit that I am pretty disappointed that since my last input there has been no further response. Maybe this could kick a bit more life into it! I think you will find that the Tri-Glides are actually assembled by Lehman http://www.lehmantrikes.com/ . Oh yes, welcome from Spain!!
I am on my second trike and have owned HD bikes for years. Our new 2010 TriGlide is cool. A must have is a good seat to me. I put a Zepplin on our new bike and love it. Being able to control the front and back seat is a must. My bride likes a different setting than me. The chrome bumber is also a must to me. I think it adds to the look of the rear of the bike. Never heard of a bumber on a bike, but its a trike so things are different. Since the 09s ran hot according to many owners, I hope the 10 model has been cured. What kind of bike did you have before?
