If you are talking about you license plate, all States required you to have them, you can get lay down plates just go to www.harley-davidson.com also there are other company sell different style plates for you bike. good luck

Yes, that will be the size of your license plate or tags, sorry no smaller size, there are different style; you may like the lay down style which will look smaller, as it lay down close to the fender
