welcome. as said before, use tar remover then after a good was you can't beat maguires.

I use a 50% mix of Hydrogen Peroixde and water on the bugs. Arkansas has some killer bugs ! I use it as soon as I home before they harder. I keep a spray bottle in the garage. Mist it, let it soak a few minutes then mist it again and wipe off. Then use the Spray on cleaner I get at the local Honda Shop to put a coating on it.
Or use Meguiars Quick Detail on the painted parts and Plexor on the windshield.
