Welcome aboard from VA. You answered your own question. If you can't run a cord and you can't wire the garage, then your only option is to take it out (or run it every few days like I do).

I like the solar power tender idea. Seems to me a new bike could be started often enough, once ever two weeks or so and warmed up 5 minutes or so and new system would keep it hot. I like the solar power tender better.

you can try to use the solar charger.which is very convenient to use in the garage.
