It's been 10 years since I purchased my last bike, which happened to be a V-Twin sport bike with a ton of torque. Well I took my time and spend countless hours at various dealers and this exact forum to gather as much info as possible.
When I finally made my mind up the only choice for me was the final year of production and that was the 2009 Night Train Vivid Black. I had the dealer install Vance and Big Shots, Screaming Eagle Heavy Flow Breather, Lowering Kit and Smoked Lenses. They delivered it on Friday the 13th.. which I have decarled an annual holiday day (Harley Day) Each year I will plan to take this day off of work. I have to say that the Guy's at Mountain View Harley in Chilliwack BC are fantstic to deal with.
As the wheather has taken a turn for the worse I have yet to even get it out of the gararge for it's break in session. Man this is going to be one very long winter... more time to customize and spend more money
At least I have HD Forum to occupy some on my time.
Welcome from Calgary. Nice choice of bike. Soooo, when thay installed your Big Shots, did they also install a V&H fuelpack? Just an ongoing question for me.
Hey Beerguz,
No they just flashed the ECM. As far as the Fuel Pak goes how many times are you really going to have to change it once you have set it for the first time anyway
