i had dirt bikes as a kid and fell in love with riding. joined the navy in 1969.had couple of street bikes, honda 305,kow 350. got out of the navy 1973.was married 2 kids no bike.a guy that lived next door had a harley but had broke his leg and could not ride.he let ride it when i hit 2nd iknew i would not ride any thing but a harley .45 yrs later im redoing the 2 bedrooms in the house.gutted them 03/09.my dauhter was getting married 10/09.wife was on my back to get it done youwhat i mean,I NEED THIS, I NEED THAT! i needed adrink!any way we going out we stoped at intersection and harley pulled out.i said thats what i need. she said what do you need. a harley. i said yes she said if you get the house done ill buy you one. well the house got done dauhter got married 10/09/09.i said wheres my harley.well seems her friends hubby had a 03 vived black 100th fxd he owned for 4 1/2 he put 54 miles inthat time and they needed money my wife wrote the cheack from her account.i have aharley. man do i love that women.lovingly refered to from now on as that bitc#.
Congrats on getting back on a bike. I had all kinds of bikes when I was a kid, started riding about 10. Sold a couple to pay for college, didn't ride again for 20 years. Got back on 2.5 years ago and really glad I did. Welcome from Music City.
