I bought a '76 FLH and would like any advice about upkeep and regular maintenance. It was rebuilt about 15K ago and seems to run like a top! Thanks for your input and patience! God Bless
Welcome !!

I had a 79FLH and keep the oil changed, two stage oil pump too I was riding for about 3 weeks and noticed my heads were overly hot,I droped my push rod cover and NO OIL WAS GETTING TO MY HEADS rocker boxes,The oil pump is in two stages top gear and bottom gear, the bike showed oil pressure on a gauge but that was false half of the pump was not working becuse the woodriff key was sheered on one of the pumps,it's a real bad design.
I miss that bike though, there is something else I can't rember write now but I'll edit it on here when I think of it
Take care
