Welcome from a Texan to a Texan. The MSF course is absolutely wonderful, and while it won't fully prepare you for riding a bike (if you have little-no experience) what it will do is provide you with opportunities to learn maneuvers that will save your life... It's also a helluva lot of fun! Good luck and ride safe!
