+1 for Dan1127. A big advantage to renting from a dealer is that they are usually a typically stock bike. If you are looking used, lots of dealers will let you do a long test ride (more than 10 minutes around the block) if you are really shopping. Hope this helps and enjoy whatever you decide on. I ride an 08 Ultra and love the entire experience and keeps my wife very happy and comfortable too.
