DirtyRat; welcome from Eastern NE & good luck w/the Sporty restoration. Best advice I can offer is to see if you can get the service manual for this bike & a good set of wrenches. Might want to have your local HD shop take a look to see what it's going to take to get this bike running if its been sitting awhile. Gonna need to drain all the fluids, clean carbs, new battery etc...
