You are getting a great start with the riders edge course. I really enjoyed the Abate course I took. Welcome to the Forum from Indy!

Welcome, where are you taking your course? Do you know the instructors first names? You'll get a lot out of it and even more when you get on the road.

I am taking the course at Republic HD in Houston. I have not met the instructors yet, but am really looking forward to the course. I rode dirt bikes in my youth, but that was a long time ago and the big street bikes are a completely different animal. So I consider myself a novice at this point.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. This is a great forum!
