hey now, new to this forum my ,ride is a 2000 road king [flhti ]police..just just wanna know if any one has any experince with the oil pan system of the 88,s and the plastic inserts are they really nessary, such a bitch to get out ,worse to put back togather ,would be a snap with-out the insert and springs /and removed the stock oil pump anyy suggestions on the up grade? still have the plate with the plastic tenseners.heard the screaming eagle hydrulic is the way to go any imput would be great
