I am having serious issues trying to find a helmet to wear (have a small head XS-S). I have tried full face, and it just doesn't work for me, feel like a spaceman and is just too much (feel closed in). I have a ACC half helmet (the non-DOT), you know the ones that only failed the penetration test, then we found out they all failed most everything.

I need some halfway decent protection without wearing a basketball, needs to be light. What do some of you wear? Does anyone on here have one of the new Bell 500 Customs?

Do you like open-face helmets or are you just looking for a half-face?

 

I wore an open face when I took the MSF course, that was ok.

I bought a new Cerwinske edition Bell Star (sweet helmet), but I can't get on the bike with it on, freaks me out.
